Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days and we aim for your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns (Refunds)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your right of cancellation does not apply in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery. Certain products are cellophane wrapped and/or contain a seal to be removed before use and fall within the category of ‘sealed goods’.

If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us by emailing drhatley@skinconsultancy.com within the 30 day return period, stating your order number & reasons for return. You will be responsible for the shipment fees incurred for returning the order. We request that you return such products to us via the Post Office ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ delivery method.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

Prices & Payment

The prices of the Products are given in pounds sterling.

Orders can be placed in-clinic at our 76 Harley Street clinic, via our website using the online ordering portal or over the phone by calling 020 3432 2106.

When ordering via our website, unless the server is unavailable, you may pay with a credit or debit card via telephone. MasterCard, Visa and Maestro cards are accepted.

You will need to provide:

• the card number;

• the expiry date;

• the name of cardholder; and

• the 3-digit safety code on the back of the card (MasterCard and Visa only)
