Good question and one that isn’t so easy to answer! If you are in good general health come and see us as and when you feel you need a boost. However an optimum time for infusions is during winter months to boost immunity and help you fight the winter nasties.

Also during the festive period when alcohol consumption rises, we need to keep you in check! During the spring and summer it is an excellent time to focus on skin & metabolism. So we leave it up to you.
